a very successful leader, is he?}

{Not very much of volunteer
work listed here, do anything to help the veterans or maybe the many
other charitable services in the local?}
Notice there is nothing in his history about military service, he probably bought his way out of the draft
with his school exemptions while others in this area were forced to go to
service.

Jim Richardson will target services that benefit the
rich people and the selected environment of this community. Jim is dedicated to creating jobs through
expanded educational opportunities, after 25 years of failure at WPCC he thinks
he now knows what to do. This
October 9th, don’t vote Jim Richardson. With him it would be. . . A Chance to Loose. . .
- Open, candid and experienced leadership that
will position
Morganton to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
{I have no faith in his
leadership abilities, I think he will sell us out to his rich friends
and rape the city of its respect and honor.}
- A commitment to working with other Burke
County agencies
to cut waste and duplicated services.
{What waste, notice
he couldn’t say facts, probably will fire city workers and
contract with the county to do all the same work – his past form
of leadership.}
- A budget that cuts wasteful spending.
{And shifts this
money into his personal stash to spend on parties?}
- Innovative programs for our youth to ensure
their safety
and the safety of others.
{Who is going to pay
for this playground?}
- Building a team approach that takes advantage
of the talents
and abilities of city employees.
{What a setup for a
fall, his form of team approach is that of a dictator, ask previous
employers who you respect, they will inform you of his STYLE –
many call it the “Stab in the BACK,” or the “My way
or the Highway” style of leadership, the city may never recover
from his possible corruption.}
- Leadership that focuses on the future of the
entire community —
not select areas.
{This is gross
inexperience showing – leadership would dictate to listen to the
advisors, who in this case are made up of local community personnel,
who did their homework, presented their recommendations to the city
council for the city council decision – not a mayoral decision
on this item. It appears the
personal vendetta to attack the Mayor for something he needs to
support, weather he believes in it or not, he does not get to make all
those decisions but he must stand behind his city, not sell them out
to friends for personal gain or gift.}
